As an independent broker we have access to a number of insurers that can cater for single properties, multiple properties and large property portfolios. All of our policies can cover the following as standard:
– Buildings Cover – This is the full cost of rebuilding the property in the same form, style and condition as exactly before the loss. This sum must include an amount for professional fees and debris removal costs. If you are unsure of your building sum insured then seeking professional help from a qualified surveyor would be advised.
– Landlords Contents Cover – Your contents must be insured for the full cost of replacement as new. This includes household goods, carpets, curtains, radio, television aerials and satellite dishes attached to the home that are owned by you.
– Loss of Rent or Alternative Accommodation – If your tenant has to move out of the insured property because of loss or damage covered under the policy then our insurers will either pay the additional costs of alternative accommodation, substantially the same as your existing accommodation which you have to pay for whilst the property is inhabitable. OR alternatively pay the rent that your unable to recover.
– Property Owners Liability – As a property owner this will cover your legal liability for negligence in respect to accidental death, bodily injury, illness, or disease to members of the public.

– Malicious Damage caused by tenants
– Accidental Damage to buildings and contents
– Landlord Legal Expenses and Rent Protection
– Landlord Home Emergency
